Agreement
By accessing or using MyLandingHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
Service description
MyLandingHub provides tools to create AI-generated quiz landing pages, capture leads, manage workspaces, and analyze performance. Features vary by subscription plan.
Acceptable use
You agree to use MyLandingHub only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
- Upload malicious code, malware, or phishing content
- Send spam or collect leads through deceptive practices
- Harass, defame, or infringe the rights of others
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, or rate limits
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service without permission
- Use the service for illegal activities or content prohibited by law
Your content and leads
You retain ownership of content you submit and leads you collect. You grant MLH a license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to collect lead data from your visitors and for complying with applicable marketing and privacy laws.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel anytime from Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
Refund policy
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription if you are not satisfied. Contact support@mylandinghub.com. Refunds do not apply to renewals beyond the initial 7-day window except where required by law.
Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may cause downtime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.
Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or pose a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
MyLandingHub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLandingHub and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, leads, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to MLH in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyLandingHub from claims arising from your content, your landings, your lead collection practices, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
